designed and painted for the beej project at medicine hat college

The Beej Project at Medicine Hat College is a group that works to help educate families about their children's mental health. I (Emily Adcock), Grace Mastel and Kyah Wirsch were contacted to create a mural. The brief was to focus on mental health and we decided to take it down a self care route. 

We included, music, pets, warm drinks, reading, swimming, fishing, and plant care as prominent examples of self care activities.
